What you'll do

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information
• build rapport and advise customers on vehicle care and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
• prepare accurate repair estimates
• communicate repair completion times with customers and technicians
• answer service calls and schedule appointments
• conduct customer follow-up
• follow manufacturer warranty procedures
• protect customer, company, manufacturer, and vehicle information and property.
