What you'll do

• Coordinate complex commercial loan closings
• review loan documents against credit approvals and regulatory requirements
• collect and analyze entity and collateral due diligence
• prepare documents or engage attorneys
• coordinate information among the bank, borrowers, and attorneys
• process initial funding
• establish collateral tracking and perfect collateral as applicable
• complete loan documentation and booking steps
• maintain partner relationships and confidentiality
• comply with audit, BSA, and anti-money-laundering requirements.
