What you'll do

• Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• conduct legal research
• prepare for and attend proceedings and trials as necessary
• provide legal counsel with senior associates
• litigate in court
• negotiate for clients
• maintain client records
• and respond to subpoenas and civil investigative demands.
