What you'll do

• Recruit and onboard team members across assigned stores
• provide hands-on training and coaching
• work with store leaders to maintain staffing
• identify training needs and follow development plans
• travel between assigned locations
• work at least five days per week, including one weekend day, with shifts scheduled between approximately 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
