Field Technician (Bilingual - Chinese & English)

RoyPow USA is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers. Providing technical on-site support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries. Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
