What you'll do

• Complete routine maintenance and service requests for grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment, and vehicles
• assist with preventive maintenance
• support work on HVAC, water, refrigeration, electrical, and related systems
• maintain floors
• deep-clean and prepare resident suites
• assist with fire safety and evacuation procedures.
