Fitness Sales Manager

The Fitness Sales Manager role is onsite at a Retro Fitness club in Delray Beach, FL, and pays $24.50 per hour, with eligible sales commissions and performance bonuses. The role reports to the Club Manager and supports the club’s personal training business. The manager develops personal training sales and recurring revenue while connecting members with training that supports their goals. The role manages the sales pipeline and Welcome Workout process and coordinates with club leadership to support service quality and member retention.

What you'll do

• Achieve personal training and recurring personal training revenue goals
• present training options, handle objections, and support renewals and upgrades
• manage Welcome Workout bookings, attendance, consultations, and conversion
• maintain Club OS and ABC records
• follow up with prospects and missed appointments
• review sales pacing
• understand member goals and introduce clients to trainers
• coordinate with the Club Manager and fitness leadership
• promote approved dotFIT products
• maintain product displays, agreements, activity reports, and sales tracking.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred. CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire. Schedule listed as Monday–Thursday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4–8 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m.–noon and 1–5 p.m.; Friday and Sunday off. Coverage may change with club needs.
