The Registered Dietitian role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with compensation of $73,000–$80,000 per year. The dietitian supports resident care at Blossom Healthcare Center in coordination with the Food Services Department. What you'll do

• Perform nutritional assessments at admission, readmission, quarterly, annually, and as needed
• develop individualized care plans
• complete MDS
• participate in care plan meetings and food service meetings
• prepare monthly weight notes and conduct weight meetings
• coordinate with the Food Services Department on diets and meal service
• participate in meal rounds and quality audits
• liaise with other departments
• supervise kitchen staff or tray line as needed and requested
• maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Why this role
