Front Desk/Technician

The primary function of this role is assisting patients of Optical Outlets while supporting the Doctor and Office Manager to ensure excellent patient flow. Attract and retain customers by providing unsurpassed customer service. Greet customers and explain the process and exam pricing in a transparent way. Check-in and pretest patients in an efficient and accurate manner.
