This role exists to orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize the flow of goods to the sales floor. The coordinator trains and mentors associates on merchandising principles, monitors team productivity, and ensures that all backroom and sales floor recovery standards are met to support the store's overall success.

What you'll do

• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizes merchandise processing, trains and mentors associates, ensures proper tagging and coding, monitors team productivity, organizes back stock, maintains signage standards, and supports store shrink reduction goals.
