What you'll do

• Hire, train, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff
• manage schedules and performance reviews
• oversee retail and compounding prescription workflow
• maintain licensure and compliance
• prepare for inspections and audits
• manage vendors, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• handle pharmacy benefit manager audits, credentialing, reimbursement issues, and prior authorization workflows
• monitor performance indicators and support growth initiatives.
