What you'll do

• Provide hands-on instruction and supervision in obstetric and/or pediatric clinical or lab settings
• guide competency development in maternal-child nursing
• supervise pediatric clinical experiences
• evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback
• emphasize clinical judgment, decision-making, and safety
• facilitate family-centered care and age-appropriate communication
• attend preparation and orientation meetings as needed
• coordinate with clinical site staff.
