HVAC Design-Build Estimator / Project Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual and detailed HVAC estimates
• review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and general contractors
• develop budgets, schedules, and execution plans
• manage projects from award through closeout
• oversee subcontractors, vendors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• monitor costs, schedules, and profitability
• maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
