Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to customer, driver, and sales representative inquiries by phone, email, and other channels
• handle orders, credits, returns, exchanges, pricing questions, and invoice requests
• document delivery requests
• research shipment issues with internal departments
• support accounts receivable and reception duties
• follow New York State Liquor Authority credit regulations.
