What you'll do

• Manage daily plumbing operations
• oversee technician scheduling, dispatch and workflow
• establish department processes
• hire, coach and train technicians
• monitor performance, safety and customer service
• conduct ride-alongs and training
• manage KPIs, budgets, labor, overtime and material costs
• maintain inventory and equipment readiness
• address customer and employee issues.
