What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business
• develop market presence using demographic data, industry insights, and professional networks
• make at least 40 outbound calls daily
• negotiate and structure staffing and service agreements
• assess client requirements, qualifications, exposures, risks, and service expectations
• collaborate with Account Managers
• manage client relationships and renegotiate rates as needed
• support employee relations
• travel within assigned territory as needed.
