The In-Home Caregiver role is onsite in the Dinwiddie area, Virginia. The caregiver helps elderly or disabled clients with daily activities and home-based support, including medication assistance, mobility, exercises, shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The role also gathers care information, reports unusual incidents, and responds responsibly to emergencies.

What you'll do

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• assist with ambulation and mobility at home and outside
• support physical therapy and other recommended exercises
• shop for clients or accompany them
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members
• report unusual incidents
• act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.

Why this role
