What you'll do

• Design and create databases for metrics analysis using Microsoft Access, SharePoint, SQL, VBA, HTML, and related tools
• develop, update, and maintain operational metrics databases
• collaborate with the Metrics Business Analyst, subject matter experts, Chief of Staff, and department heads
• support analysis of maintenance, sustainment, availability, and training needs
• assist with workflow analysis and process improvement
• develop reports, graphs, charts, tables, and dashboards
• recommend database, reporting, metrics, and process improvements
• support recurring status meetings and weekly deliverables.
