What you'll do

• Lead and support production teams by assigning tasks and balancing workloads
• oversee project lifecycle from planning and design through construction documentation and administration
• collaborate on budgets, schedules, staffing forecasts, and proposals
• guide design, code compliance, and technical problem-solving
• review architectural deliverables
• coordinate with clients, consultants, internal teams, and authorities
• conduct or coordinate site visits and construction observations
• supervise direct reports.
