Accounts Receivable Technician

What you'll do

• Post invoices in the ERP system
• update customer information and set up accounts
• conduct collection efforts when required
• submit invoices through customer and third-party portals
• track invoice status and documentation needs
• prepare weekly AR summaries
• deposit checks, card payments, and cash
• research payment discrepancies
• prepare month-end reconciliations and journal entries
• maintain procedures and reports.
