Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Inspect facilities and equipment
• assign and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation work
• obtain and review contractor bids
• direct contracted projects
• purchase supplies and equipment
• manage the maintenance budget and cost records
• support property upkeep and unit turnovers
• attend meetings and training
• promote safe work practices and address safety and security concerns.
