What you'll do

• Design LAN and WAN infrastructure
• install, configure, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, servers, virtualization, network devices, and software
• respond to network alerts and customer issues
• design Windows Server infrastructure
• manage Active Directory, group policies, and email systems
• troubleshoot email and DNS issues
• maintain customer documentation
• audit backups, firewall rules, and security baselines
• test and implement technologies
• implement monitoring and automation
• travel to customer locations to resolve issues onsite.
