Travelling Carpenter, Commercial Construction

The Travelling Carpenter role is onsite at changing commercial construction sites, with the listing location in Leominster, MA. Pay is $30–$50 per hour. What you'll do

• Lead framing, blocking and backing, doors and hardware, finish work, and temporary works
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• perform layout and verify dimensions with lasers or transits
• coordinate daily with the superintendent and trades
• operate tools and equipment safely
• identify constructability issues and propose field solutions
• mentor carpenters and apprentices
• travel and stay overnight as required.
