What you'll do

• Manage the Buy Before You Sell transaction pipeline
• coordinate with loan officers, assistants, processors, and internal teams
• ensure required questionnaires, title information, equity amounts, and mortgage documents are completed and uploaded
• track files through closing
• verify documents and flag missing information
• answer program questions
• and manage transaction updates using internal tools, Google Sheets, Slack, and Zoom.
