VDC Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate BIM with trade partners during early construction phases
• travel periodically to job sites to meet trades and resolve multidisciplinary conflicts
• conduct Navisworks clash detection reviews
• develop and execute BIM Execution Plans
• review specifications for BIM requirements
• occasionally model building systems in Revit
• perform laser scanning and point-cloud processing
• assist with model-based layout
• conduct drone flights for site documentation and photogrammetry
• analyze quality of virtually coordinated systems after installation
• support BIM analytics tools such as Power BI
• evaluate new technologies and lead training efforts.
