The Preschool Lead Teacher, EEC Certified role is onsite in North Billerica, MA, with pay of $23–$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications. The Learning Experience supports early childhood learning and development through its preschool program. The teacher leads classroom routines and learning activities that build early academic skills, communication, creativity, friendships, and kindergarten readiness. The role implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, supports assistant teachers, documents children’s development, and communicates with families while maintaining a safe classroom.

What you'll do

• Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• support literacy, math, language, science, creativity, and social-emotional development
• encourage independence and positive peer relationships
• observe and document development
• guide assistant teachers
• communicate with families
• maintain a safe, organized classroom
• follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
