What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and hotel equipment
• conduct preventive room maintenance
• prioritize and schedule work orders
• inspect the property
• manage department expenditures
• solicit contractor bids
• coordinate with inspectors
• maintain the pool and building exterior
• supervise and schedule maintenance staff
• support guest satisfaction and audit standards.
