What you'll do

• Answer and direct telephone calls or take messages
• greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area
• maintain resident and guest sign-in/sign-out books
• safeguard the entrance with staff support when a resident is identified as an elopement risk
• sort and distribute mail
• maintain CRM information
• participate in marketing events and tours
• assist with move-ins as needed.
