Mitigation Technician

The Mitigation Technician role is onsite in Kenosha, WI. Compensation is not specified. The technician reports to the Director of Specialty Services at Sid Grinker Restoration Inc. The role responds to property damage and supports restoration by mitigating water damage, cleaning fire- and smoke-affected structures and contents, and remediating mold and microbial contamination. It helps limit further property damage and supports safe, timely restoration work.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite emergency water-mitigation services
• construct containment systems and barriers
• operate air scrubbers and dehumidifiers
• perform demolition and moisture checks
• conduct specialized mold remediation and cleaning
• transport and maintain company vehicles
• track company and customer property
• respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call basis.
