What you'll do

• Set up and reset the studio and puppy area
• support puppy care, including cleaning and providing food or water as needed
• assist with themed decor when required
• welcome and check in guests
• conduct welcome briefings
• maintain cleanliness and safety during and between classes
• monitor puppy wellbeing and guide guest handling
• respond to guest needs
• coordinate transitions between classes
• work with the team to resolve issues
• escalate concerns to supervisors
• follow company policies, safety protocols, and animal welfare guidelines.
