What you'll do

• Own shop revenue, profitability, and financial performance
• develop sales, retention, and customer-value strategies
• use financial and operating data to identify trends and address performance gaps
• manage labor, margins, expenses, and resources
• hire, onboard, coach, and develop employees and future leaders
• oversee daily workflow, staffing, productivity, quality, and customer experience
• and resolve operational bottlenecks and customer concerns.
