What you'll do

• Supervise and support stewarding team members

• coordinate with culinary and banquet teams on supplies and plate-ups
• maintain dish rooms, storage, loading docks, and waste areas
• enforce food safety, sanitation, and hazardous-material procedures
• train and coach team members
• assist with scheduling and task delegation
• inspect for maintenance, safety, and sanitation issues
• promote safe equipment and PPE use.
