What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls about delinquent accounts
• assist customers with time-sensitive matters and follow-up
• listen, negotiate, and offer solutions based on consumers’ financial situations
• update customer accounts accurately
• follow policies and applicable federal and state collection regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
• maintain assigned calling efforts and interaction records
• and process payments.
