What you'll do

• Help establish and grow the Northeast structural engineering practice
• lead structural design, technical decisions, interdisciplinary coordination, constructability input, and quality assurance
• serve as Engineer of Record where appropriate
• support staffing, recruiting, mentoring, and performance feedback
• oversee resource planning and project performance
• engage clients, project teams, construction partners, and subconsultants
• support proposals and pursuits
• advance discipline standards, tools, and professional development.
