What you'll do

• Own and enforce the procurement and purchase order system
• ensure vendor and subcontractor commitments are approved and issued through that system
• lead project buyout and structured RFPs
• partner with Estimating on scopes and quantity takeoffs
• build and evaluate vendor and subcontractor relationships
• negotiate pricing, terms, scope, and delivery commitments
• coordinate procurement with Finance and construction schedules
• track deliveries and schedule risks
• train project teams and standardize workflows.
