Representing the owner, the project manager leads healthcare capital projects from planning through occupancy and closeout. The role coordinates design and construction teams, budgets, schedules, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder decisions so projects support clinical operations and patient safety.

What you'll do

• Represent the owner’s interests on healthcare capital projects
• lead execution from programming through occupancy and post-occupancy evaluation
• coordinate executive leadership, facilities, clinicians, designers, contractors, and authorities
• manage design reviews, construction, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk
• review pay applications, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• ensure healthcare code and safety compliance
• coordinate inspections and approvals
• oversee commissioning, systems testing, owner training, documentation, move-in, and transition to operations.
