Assistant Facilities & Equipment Manager

This developmental position supports Sioux Manufacturing’s facilities, production equipment, and related systems while building readiness for a possible future transition to Facility and Equipment Manager.

What you'll do

• Perform assigned installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and upgrades
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• identify replacement parts and critical supplies
• assist with inspections and facility checks
• maintain equipment records and documentation
• monitor equipment indicators and components
• follow safety procedures
• and provide technical guidance or training to less experienced staff as appropriate.
