Class A Delivery Driver

The Class A Delivery Driver role is onsite in Fairbanks, AK, and compensation is not specified. The role exists to transport produce safely and reliably, complete delivery documentation, and assist with related warehouse and equipment tasks that support the supply chain.

What you'll do

• Meet with dispatch for route and product information
• inspect the tractor and trailer
• drive to customer locations and deliver produce
• unload pallets using an electric pallet jack and move boxes with a hand truck
• obtain invoice signatures
• handle returns and paperwork
• assist with storing incoming produce, fueling, picking orders, loading and unloading, and breaking down pallets as needed
• maintain dash camera functionality and follow company policy.

Why this role

Applicants with limited experience are welcome, and an internal Driver Finishing program may train recent drivers on a case-by-case basis. Requires a valid Class A Alaskan license, five-year Alaska driving record, valid medical card and endorsements, and ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
