What you'll do

• Support real estate professionals on complex realty projects
• assist with lease acquisition, administration, and project management from initiation through closeout
• provide analytical, technical, consultative, and strategic support during planning and acquisition
• support negotiation of leases, sales, and transfers of Department of Energy property
• support title documents, licenses, access agreements, restrictive covenants, and environmental easements.
