What you'll do

• Coordinate and perform fabrication, machining, welding, and finishing
• operate, program, set up, troubleshoot, and maintain shop equipment
• interpret blueprints and work orders
• assign work and train employees
• monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety
• coordinate preventive maintenance
• track materials and production records
• and recommend process and workflow improvements.
