Lead Detail Technician – Mobile Auto Detailing

What you'll do

• Lead mobile detailing jobs
• perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing
• train and support newer detailers
• inspect completed vehicles
• communicate with customers and address concerns
• coordinate appointments and routes
• maintain and stock equipment, supplies, and the service vehicle
• report job updates and issues to ownership
• identify improvements to efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
