Fence Technician

The Fence Technician is an onsite role based in Calabasas, CA, with a pay range of $20.42 – $27.57 per hour. The role is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation, installation, and removal of temporary fencing at customer job sites. The technician ensures high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with safety standards and supporting team training.

What you'll do

• Conduct daily inspection of all tools assigned to the truck to ensure safety and proper working condition.
• Check loads to ensure that truck has all material and tools needed to complete service tickets.
• Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspection and report deficiencies to shop immediately.
• Operate fence vehicle to and from pre-designated work sites.
• Unload all fence materials and install fence panels in accordance with specifications.
• Coordinate the workload and the efforts of the Fence Helper.
• Meet with site superintendent to confirm work order.
• Record operational data on specified forms and submit to Fence Manager.
• Train and support Fence Helpers on proper installation procedures and safety protocols.
