CNC Machinist

The CNC Machinist role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI, with A, B, and C shift options. Compensation is $24–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Operate Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC lathes
• inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools
• read blueprints, schematics, and GD&T requirements
• monitor equipment and escalate setup or machine issues
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• follow quality, production, and safety standards
• provide shift handoffs and work with the team.

Why this role

A shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM. B shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–12:30 AM, with a 10% shift premium. C shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 10% shift premium. Requires 2+ years of CNC operation experience; Swiss-style experience preferred.
