What you'll do

• Provide concierge-style service at check-in, check-out, billing, and through communication channels
• welcome and educate patients
• support add-on bookings, retail sales, memberships, and event promotion
• convert inquiries into consultations and consultations into treatments
• explain services, pricing, promotions, and provider plans
• maintain schedules, point-of-sale accuracy, documentation, and patient records
• keep reception and retail areas organized
• collaborate with providers and teammates.
