What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• recognize urgent cases and isolate animals when needed
• manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• answer and direct calls
• maintain client files and prepare patient charts
• make lab information available to doctors
• keep reception areas organized
• collect fees and prepare receipts
• handle referral letters.
