Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop engineers and the Design Manager across multiple locations
• establish engineering standards and practices
• oversee engineering quality, structural design accuracy, and code compliance
• review structural calculations, rebar drawings, and PE-stamped submittals
• support product development
• develop the engineering roadmap
• improve workflows and design turnaround
• lead feasibility and continuous improvement initiatives
• coordinate with internal teams, outside engineers, consultants, and third-party reviewers.
