Residential Services Caregiver

Residential Services Caregiver is an onsite, full-time hourly role in Burlington, WI, paying $18 per hour. The caregiver supports individuals with developmental disabilities, physical challenges, or chronic illnesses in a home or community-based group-home setting. The role reports to the Residential Services Coordinator. The caregiver provides direct support to promote independence, health, safety, and quality of life. This includes personal care, household and community activities, health monitoring, documentation, and communication with supervisors and care partners.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, errands, medication support, mobility, and health monitoring
• implement behavioral support plans as required
• maintain a safe living environment
• support community activities and transportation
• document daily activities and communicate with supervisors
• carry and answer a company cell phone during the shift.
