The Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Residential role is onsite in Hutchinson, KS, with compensation of $16–$19.25 per hour. Training and Evaluation Center of Hutchinson supports people served in maintaining dignity, respect, choice, and opportunity. The role provides personal care, training, supervision, and assessment guided by Person-Centered Support Plans. It contributes to clients’ daily well-being and community participation through individualized support.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and report progress as required by Person-Centered Support Plans
• assist with meals, medication, first aid, housekeeping, and safe living environments
• transport clients or help arrange public transportation
• support social and communication skills and community integration
• participate in client support-plan teams.
