The manager leads field operations and construction crews to deliver multi-dwelling-unit telecommunications projects safely, accurately, and on schedule. The role coordinates resources, budgets, staffing, customer communication, and compliance throughout project execution.

What you'll do

• Manage daily construction crew activities and safety compliance
• coordinate projects with property owners, managers, residents, and subcontractors
• oversee site surveys and fiber installation
• train and develop foremen and field personnel
• coordinate schedules, materials, budgets, invoicing, and customer communication
• monitor budgets, production, milestones, work hours, as-builts, and closeout documentation
• conduct field inspections
• and support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
