What you'll do

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting functions
• record and reconcile bank and credit-card transactions
• manage accounts payable and receivable
• process invoices, payments, and deposits
• prepare monthly reconciliations and financial statements
• manage payroll and related tax filings as applicable
• supervise office staff
• review job costs and overhead
• assist with budgeting and cash-flow tracking
• coordinate year-end closing and tax preparation.

Why this role
